They allow you to test the phone before making payment? My experience with them before, pay first then only the they will pass the phone or device to me to check. But that was more than a year ago and before. Recent one I bought online so can't really check.

Pay or not pay, they would change to new unit if you find out your phone has issues. No question asked. The only term and condition are check in front of their eyes, and don't leave the store before you finish your examination. Once you leave the store with your phone, you still have 50-50 chances to get a replacement when you go back to the store. Otherwise, proceed to warranty claim.

After hard and long thought between whitestone dome and hoda, i finally went for the later and purchased hoda tempered glass from sakurazz. I can't really compare it and whitestone dome, but seriously I really satisfy with it. The glass is really top quality - well i use hoda as well for my iPhone X so I am not that surprise. Plus point the friendly sakurazz helps the installation so I don't have to take risk if I buy the whitestone.
