Jason86 & Newbiebetta: So I should buy Biogroom shampoo? Ok, will check it out. What about conditioner? Oh massage outside of the ear not inside, about 1 or 2 drop ear cleaner, I should drop them at the side area, right? Just to double make sure. i think the biogroom is more than enough for a puppy coat ...so u dont have to buy conditioner.the ear drop u must drop into her ear...not side..... If I bring my pup to park, but don't mix with any dogs, do I still need to use anti-kutu spray? Yea, I can bring her go out jalan jalan already. yes...u still ned it because tick can come from the grassy area.... So after I shampoo, conditioner her, wipe her dry, then need to use hair blower right? use hair dryer better ....to make sure the fur totally dry.....so tat she will not get cold or infection I need to buy a scrub to bath her properly. I dont think u ned tat cos ur puppy so tiny..... I think the space is just nice, let her feel more comfortable. [/quote] |

Oh massage outside of the ear not inside, about 1 or 2 drop ear cleaner, I should drop them at the side area, right? Just to double make sure. Any type of shampoo is OK. Conditioner is the most important thing you need to get for your Silky as it help moist the hair & preventing it tangle & break. Find a good quality conditioner for your Silky. Human product are recommended. Daily brushing & combing is a must. After each bath you must blow dry your dog using cold air. Slowly brush out the tangle hair using pin brush after dry using comb to stlye the hair. Always brush & comb same direction of your Silky hair grow. If I bring my pup to park, but don't mix with any dogs, do I still need to use anti-kutu spray? Yea, I can bring her go out jalan jalan already. So after I shampoo, conditioner her, wipe her dry, then need to use hair blower right? I need to buy a scrub to bath her properly. I think the space is just nice, let her feel more comfortable. Never leave the shampoo too long on your Silky. Just bath using Shampoo about 2min then rinse off quickly. Shampoo is something like detergent it will stripe off everything on your Silky coat & skin. When the moment the shampoo clean up all the natural protection on your Silky skin & coat, it make the coat very easy to break & tangle. That why conditioner is a must after eash shampoo. It is advice never bath your Silky too often. Weekly bathing or one in every 2 weeks is recommended. For cleaning the ears. I don't recommend dog owner drop the ears cleaner directly into the ears. If you did do this you must make sure you did clean up (dry) all the liquid you drop inside her ears canal, if not the moist inside the ears will promote ear infection (ear mite problem). Just wet the cotton bud with ears cleaner and clean your Silky ears. Repeat few times if required. No No on kutu spray. It will dry & damage your Silky coat. Just wash & clean her up on every walk & it will prevent kutu stick on your Silky. Kutu like dirty & smelly dog. No No using scrub to bath your dog. Scrub can make the hair more tangle & break easy. So when you bath your puppy, you use only both hands? We should only rub not scrub using fingers right? I'm afraid I will hurt the puppy. Never done this before.
