It was JoJo cry.gif More than 2 months still no news of her. Hope she alright & fine sad.gif

I currently feeding them California Natural Chicken & Innova adult.

This two brands are suitable for all my Silkies. Doesn't mean it suit your dog as well. If your dog are doing well with the current brand my advice don't change just stick to it.

Hopefully some good samaritan taking care of her now.

I presume these two brands are the right pick for Silky Terriers only? Do you know where is the best place to buy the two brands of dog food? The pet shop nearby my place is darn expensive, same goes to Pets Wonderland. rclxub.gif

Anyone else in puppy.com.my own more Silkies than you do? laugh.gif

But quantity doesn't mean good, I can see all your Silkies very healthy with nice fur.

5 Silkies at one time is not easy ler. rolleyes.gif

Wanna ask, how much do you spend average on them monthly? Let say count by separately.

Each dog is different. Not all dogs can perform well on Cali & Inno!!! So, you need to do some home work to find out which brands suited more on your dog. Remember always give a minimum 3months trying out period on one brand of dog food at a time & remember no other supplements or other brand of food involve in the process. Then you only will find out which dog food give your dog the best result.

I got my supply of dog food from Seapark pet supplier SS2!!!

Yup. Is not easy taking care so many Silkies. Especially when you are keeping them long furs rclxub.gif

Monthly expenses about RM200+

actually silky is nice but jz too skinny sad.gif
i prefer yorkshire but hard to get it in msia

em... I think Yorkshire is even more skinny then Silky...

The Yorkshire Terrier is a dog with maximum weight of 2-3kg and Silky Terrier will weight 4-5kg. Yorkshire Terrier has much less muscle and body weight than a Silky Terrier, and is very refined in bone. They also have a more rounded, dome-shaped skull, large round eyes and a short muzzle. A Silky Terrier will have a longer, more wedge shape to the head with a flatter skull and an almond shape to the eye.

Silky Terrier are quite similar in temperaments, a true terrier. Yorkshire is a 'small' terrier but does like to be a pampered 'pillow' dog whereas the Silky Terrier is more independent in nature.

Information courtesy of

Fordogonly.net

Jack Russell Terrier Coat: The Jack Russell Terrier has a dense double-coat that comes in three varieties: smooth, rough, and broken. The smooth coat has an outer-coat that is short and stiff. In the rough coat the outer-coat is longer. The broken variety is used to describe both dogs with outer-coats of different lengths or dogs that have longer hair on specific parts of the body. The Jack Russell Terrier is primarily white with black, tan, or tri-color markings. They shed constantly.

Plucking is necessary to remove old fur, in order for the new coat to come out. I do it once a week, b4 he take bath. rclxms.gif
