jus now went 2 PJ ss2 chaoyang park, it was kinda raining drizzling out there, i was in da car, pass by 1 house.
saw 1 pity skinny lil terrier standing outside da house, in da compund, all wet. i think its feeling very cold..
its raining y leave a dog out there without shelter?
sad la..

another case in PJ section 14, a golden was chained [ da chain less than 1metre long ] to da gate, no food n water. its like 1pm in da afternoon WTH its hot like hell d ler.. den it was barking at another dog which is in da same compound, sitting nicely under a shade.

i think onli on grooming n food ade cost a lot..
