So mean total of your x13 JOMpay transactions, only first transaction is need for OTP, the rest went though in few secs ??

If like this, x16 transactions is easily to be achieve in few min then thumbsup.gif

Most probably due to number of CNY movies on screen ?? For Promo UOB YOLO GSC, within 10 min, 280 complimentary tickets is fully redeemed, is really fast!

Lucky still managed to get one complimentary ticket tongue.gif

Was calling to cancel my card just now but end up waited until 7 min still no answer, straight away cut off

Just called to cancel my UOB YOLO card.

CS asked why cancelled and I said due to SST.

Explained to me the card of features, and SST only charge to my card end of this month. Still, process to cancel

Within 5 working days retention department will call again

The thing is, I have already cancelled their card few days ago and the card now should be blocked only without cancel from their system.

Updated:
Checked my online banking and get to know that SST RM25 being charge to my card.

Called to ask about cancellation, the officer will directly help to cancel, no other department will be calling me.

And RM25 will be revised back and no payment is need, give them a call after 2 working days to confirm.
