i received a call from their CS an hour ago, telling me they will check and to monitor my next statement. she did pointed out my spending was on MPSJ and MBSA and I told her i have no prob getting cash back previously.

if not mistaken, the split payment is for JOMPAY draw by JOMPAY
so split payment for UOB to get RM50 by UOB should not be affected

what i meant is the extra RM50 is not affected, as that is campaign by UOB, FAQ by UOB
what is affected is the draw handled by JOMPAY for the car and etc, that one is using FAQ from JOMPAY

he had >16 transactions, so can get 8%
so seems like UOB calculate the number of transactions first, then only calculate cash back, else he will only get 5%
