Mine's split, RM50 yesterday and RM100 today.

spent on 1st until 6th, on 9th can see the cash back ady...but its not full amount of RM30, instead its RM27...
nowadays very competitive ady...

if i buy 100 items and pay 100 times separately for each item, the statement will show 100 transactions
frankly i dont quite get what u trying to say by using this quiz.

statement will show this, 5x transactions make me eligible for cash back
but i only get cash on first boost transaction and first grabpay transaction?

Any of the YOLO user fail to receive campaign cash back on month of June?
Just check my latest Jun statement, there's no any campaign cash back receive the whole month though I still fulfill the online transaction requirement (mainly e-wallet top up) on the first few days of the month.

received yolo replacement card. sent to hometown address few days ago

applied 11/16
old expiry 11/21
new expiry 11/26

no bad, sent out about 1 month in advance

old card still can use. will activate new card after settled this months reloads.

anyone manage to call UOB Contact center? seem like no people pick up the call.....

As at today, I still haven’t receive my replacement card.. notice the card number changed again in online banking.. not sure how many card they need to issue b4 they can really send out the card to me..  I have gave up n now waiting for Sep21 cashback to be credited..

Most likely due to their system issue yet to rectify...

Having same problem and rang them up. I usually get cashback on the first or second day once fellow forumer mentioned.

Did you have your card replaced or newly approved applications? Lol

Apparently “manual” replacement cards were not included for the cashback.

Only those system auto generated or existing card got migrated across.

Can’t believe their IT did such a rookie mistake.

Me too didn’t get cashback for Sep21 txn..

N my case is renewal card is lost in transit, till date they still unable to issue a replacement card to me.. more than 1 month their system still unable to resolve the issue.. really wonder how their IT team work..

My two replacements went missing too. And after multiple calls with the cs and CA, I wrote in a complaint about it.

only then received my card after almost a month. Posted my Karen story few pages back 😂

I waited extra few days in case there is a delay of cashback postings after fellow forumer mentioned. But none given so I drop the handler an email about it and she called me in less than 10 minutes.

Told her don’t try to BS me what not. Otherwise I’ll whatsapp her boss about this.

Believe mine was actually sent out. They gave me all the trackings which said no one at home hence undeliverable. Poslaju is really rubbish.

U r right, bigpay transaction backdated but kiplepay is on 1st aug. Shouldn't I get rm15 at least for the kiplepay transaction?

one basic, easily achievable with low min monthly spend criteria

if got bigger appetite, get platinum

for me, I prefer basic.
