That is like the borderline. I have heard people not getting cashback despite swiping at 10th. So your case might be cash back pool depletedCredit Cards UOB Credit Cards v9, Ex citi read post 2

QUOTE(jefftan4888 @ Oct 15 2019, 09:28 AM) I do have many types of loan. We don’t have so much money so need to leverage on banks. We also leverage CB CC, BP, eWallets, etc. to earn an extra income. Government is not taking care of M40. Price of Electricity, Water, Petrol will be increased again in 2020. As a result, living expenses will be increased further. Our savings account interest can’t beat inflation at all. Saving interest is next to none. I rely on e wallets like BP to leverage on my monthly cash flow. |

Guys want to ask about balance transfer as I have never done it before.
UOB offered me 6 months 0% interest for balance transfer. Does that mean that if I transfer my outstanding balance from my other credit card to UOB, I don’t have to pay any interest for 6 months? Normally what is the process though? Is there any catch? |

QUOTE(avinlim @ Oct 24 2019, 11:10 AM) Got any 1 time fee bo? beware of that. which is equal to the interest already. e.g 6% upfront processing fees etc. QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 24 2019, 11:36 AM) I have been offered something similar when I got their Preferred Plat, that's the purpose why I applied. I see thanks all. Seems like a good deal to me. But I am afraid I might fall into the debt trap if I choose to do so. But the additional cash flow is tempting especially when I can use it to reduce my housing loan interest. No catch, no interest and you can even pay minimum every month and pay the remaining before it expires (same concept as HLB BT). However, if it is 0% for 12 months, then you have to pay full installment every month. I am servicing that now after my 6 months BT was over, they offered me this plan. |

QUOTE(eeeglow24 @ Oct 26 2019, 10:09 PM) Last time I was offered UOB one by sales agent. He took my details and submitted the forms. Cancel the card if you don’t plan on using it, else you will be charged sst nonetheless. Now I'm not sure which card will come to me. Saw 2 application numbers in CCRIS. So far I think the most suitable spend would be on Grab and ask for SST waiver. But worst case, can i just not activate the card if I found the cards not suitable for me? Thanks sifus. |

QUOTE(lowyat101 @ Nov 12 2019, 01:55 PM) Just got my YOLO card today. Shall I still try the CB for this month? Or it's too late and better wait for 1st Dec.? I think it is a little too late as it is 12th now. But you can give it a go if you want. If you use it to reload Boost the most you lose is RM2, but you can gain RM50, the choice is yours. Also for the 16X qualification, there's no minimum amount needed right? Say for example, I reload TnG eWallet 15x RM10, then maybe RM475 on Lazada, I will still get RM50 (8%) CB right? Thanks |

QUOTE(neverfap @ Dec 6 2019, 10:45 PM) UOB Yolo cant be applied anymore? Never heard of this. But if the agent told you so it might be true. Bad news for all of us here if that happens. The card agent told me his manager said the YOLO card not available to apply anymore because there will be changes on the card? |
