i tried 3 times = failed... then ill just give up on it, directly ask for cancellation but then only got followup call to offset with some other offer.

I still recalled last year I called up for annual fee waiver, CS refused to bother in the end transfer to retention unit. Case settled!

So let’s see how is my luck for tomorrow keep you all posted

my YOLO got charged monthly fee rm7.50 on 13 may 2020...anyone also got the same? how come got monthly fee 

UOB YOLO monthly fee... weird..all these while dont have.. is it cos over 1 year already then will start charging this?

Was charged SST for UOB Prefered Platinum card. Call for reversal (got it last year) but CS said no more so I requested to cancel it. CS asked me to settle fully first, minus SST, only then call to cancel and up to them whether to allow for SST reversal. My YOLO's SST reversal promised by CS since last year has yet to be fulfilled.
