complaint also no point. t&c stated clearly. got cb pool. fcfs. no obligation to inform you. either you plan your spending very early of the month, or dont use the card at all.

since no details from you, i assume you didnt meet the t&c fully.

applies to all, however it seems to be subjected to current waiver condition set for your card.

e.g. your new card would have 1st year AF free, so the monthly-fee doesnt apply until next anniversary.

my YOLO has existing 2yr AF-waiver until Dec 2019, CS told me the new monthly-fee doesnt apply to my YOLO until Jan 2020.

if you have no intention to use the card or cannot meet the cashback T&C, then better terminate the card completely. do not leave it unattended.

u forgotten cb pool also fcfs, even if u swiped min 8x to activate cb, your later 4x swipes won't get cb because already depleted.

swipe count and cb pool also need to monitor, which is why swipe all amount and counts as early as possible.

yes. unless u expecting to get cb for last 4x swipes later of the month, it might not get cb but only contribute to swipe count. only do this for small amounts, not large amounts.

swipe count and amount are two matters. it doesn't mean if you achieved 8x swipes, ALL 8x amount will get cb too.

jompay, pay to tnb, charge to yolo card = payment reflected immediately (near real-time).
