eg, name card could be fake, just printing only. and he did have some info of my submission, but that could be leaking from office.

From what I know, ShopBack will refer to merchant (ie RP) for us to get “confirmed” cashback.. last time my colleague apply for Citibank using ShopBack to RP, then ShopBack track the cb, but ended up no confirmed and shown as rejected.. then, when he check with ShopBack, ShopBack said to refer to RP, and come back n said RP give different promo to him, which is RP promo, asked him to check with RP to get gift if he hasn’t.. check with RP, RP said is Citibank didn’t give.. ended up he follow up with Citibank, n finally he get back ShopBack RM200 after follow up with Citibank, no gift from Citibank, no gift from RP, only RM200 from ShopBack after several follow up
Anyway, no harm trying, maybe different bank different approach..
