Want to ask if someone can provide link for Photoshop Tutorial on how to create a CNY wallpaper ?
Most links I found on the internet are more towards creating New Year wallpaper instead of CNY wallpaper The pattern within the CNY wallpaper is kinda complex for me I am newbie in Photoshop though |

That's too specific. I don't think you can find a tutorial video like that. Break down what you want to achieve and find a tutorial/guide for each one.
1. How to make make a pattern background (red background with subtle chinese motifs) 2. How to turn objects (the dogs) into solid gradient colors (gold) So on and so forth... |

Designing skills and Software skills are two different skillsets. Designing is an artistic sense while photoshop is a tool.

if you're just looking for a wallpaper tutorial, just google cny wallpapers and cut and paste together whatever you've got.
learn the skills needed to do each effect as what @internaldisputes mentioned. the rest up to your imagination. your question is like "how do i paint the mona lisa" but you refuse to learn the skills to paint. |

I think you can find a lot of tutorials how to create pattern with Photoshop on the YouTube. There are a lot of useful videos there. I know dewalt dcbl720p1 channel. There are a lot of different videos about Photoshop there

still using photoshoop? use illustrator for easier designing vector based graphics. I used to be like you too, use photoshoop.
