Still...none of the sentiment of selling the country to those 9 investors. China is also the same. We don't see it is right to say were selling our countries to foreign when they actually investing to Malaya right?
*
That's because the other 9 countries invest mainly in manufacturing/oil & gas and other sectors, while China mainly invest in our infrastructure/real estate/construction where they hold our land for ransom/collateral or worst directly sold to them.
See the situation in Maldives.

Do you even follow international politics and how China is poised to take over Africa and Malaysia soon? Do you even know how many ports and military/navy bases that China has built on disputed islands?

Continue to protek your UMNO... I can't wait for you guys to be slave to our tongsan overlords in the future

How does a country hold land and property for ransom, when you have eminent domain?

soon Tongshan people can go to Maldives without visa for vacation...

You should say passport. Maldives already liberate visa for most nationalities.

Visa on arrival only.

If become territory of China then just 居民身份证 or "Home Return Permit" can already.

See our claims on Spratly as an example.

QUOTE
Why Malaysia Stays Quiet About Its Claims In The South China Sea
Malaysia tries to avoid rocking boats because the claimant most likely to splash disputed water on it is China. China happens to be Malaysia's chief economic partner and one with a record of withdrawing economic support elsewhere when friends turn hostile.

China, a global economic heavyweight, is Malaysia’s top trading partner and source of direct foreign investment. State-owned China General Nuclear Power Corp. bought Malaysian development firm 1MDB’s energy assets in another company for 9.83 billion ringgit ($2.37 billion) in November and a month later China Railway Construction Corp. bought a multi-billion ringgit equity stake in real estate mega-project Bandar Malaysia. Those are just two investment examples.

But for the past year China has stationed a coast guard ship at one shoal that Malaysia claims and it regularly patrols another. There’s no way Malaysia can be thrilled.

Spratly islands are officially under dispute. Ownership of a property on sovereign land is still bound by the laws of the land.

the fortress is in pahang actually. Google: Kuantan’s “Great Wall of China”

for kelantan it's railway project. Everything is in east coast for a reason.

Besides economy reason, China interest in Kelantan/Pahang is strategically aiming to control South China Sea, slowly slowly they will dock their warships there one day.

p/s: strange, come to think of it, with so many engineers produced in malaysia, we cannot build our own rail train, an outdated technology, no wonder so many engineers unemployed.
