I am tired of seeing people putting NordVPN to the top of their list when it comes to China VPNs.

Truth is: No. NordVPN doesn't work in China. Well I hope I am just extremly unluckly but I have tried it on my Windows, Mac, Android against Taiwan, Japan, HongKong & US servers. NONE WORED. It doesn't even connect.

Hi, regret to see you having problem connecting to vpn server in China.

First of all, not all servers work in China. And You must connect to obfuscated server while in China.

Second, China keep blocking vpn from time to time. So , most of the time we still need talk to live chat with nordvpn assistances to get latest server list that work in China.

If u purchased legit account, feel free to talk to nordvpn live chat assistance, they will help.

You might not get the same speed while outside of China, but it work.

Can you be more specific how I can actually make NordVPN work? I have pretty much tried all obfuscated servers without any luck.

Besides, what's your opinion on ExpressVPN / VyprVPN / SurfShark etc.? Can one of them be a good alternative to NordVPN?

Unless your are in special environment where all vpn blocked by enterprise grade firewall (blocking access to vpn port or AI tech for vpn detection) , most likely u can get one vpn server that work in China. But I can’t gurantee the speed, at least no problem for normal surfing internet.

U can look for Expressvpn which is a higher price alternative.

If both expressvpn and nordvpn not work, I personally think no any commercial vpn provider can get through China firewall.

You can get trial account from nordvpn official website to test it out, and live chat with nordvpn assistant for troubleshooting. If none of server work, they will try to set new server.

Just purchased NordVPN (1 Month package) for testing purpose. Just opt out from BolehVPN. As promised earlier to TS, I've bought a package for myself. Anyway, service offered by TS is highly recommended. Looking at paypal gateway is not accepted by Nord anymore, services offered like TS is a must to ease the process.
