Both of your first and second job salary increment are very good, most of the employee will not increase their employee's salary proactively with such high incremental unless the counter offer.

I would say my first employee are quite generous in giving increment every 6 months, but I can proudly say that I worked hard and deserved it. Always give the extra mile on what I'm doing, take initiative to solve problems for bosses and always look for opportunities to widen my knowledge. I left the job on good terms with the bosses, as I told them I wanted to explore climbing the corporate ladder and see how far can I go.

For my current job, I got a promotion after 18 months at the job, which explains the jump in salary. I would say working in MNC, I would not only needs to deliver my KPI, having high EQ and building good working relationships matters a lot.

Never work just for the monthly salary, work for the experience and career aspirations, money will eventually come.

You just started and they pay u 3 months bonus? what is this?
*
QUOTE(joshgm_119 @ Aug 20 2019, 04:49 PM)
That's a signing bonus, usually given for agreeing to join a firm.

It's also an indicator of how bad the company wants/values you
