Currently i am stuck with my work due to i am the focal person that only can manage this task. I feel i am underpaid for my age. I consider myself in the comfort zone because already handle it for many years. totally no life, sometime standby for support.

But have high commitment house, car, rent a place to stay in selangor not yet married. Should i jump or stay? Few years already thinking to jump but manage to stay until today..

From my point of view, I will definitely jump ship since you don’t have family yet and 6 years service in same company probably is not a good sign (comfort zone) unless there has an opportunity for promotion.

Sry, is 40% increment of current salary, mean 140% of current salary.
Because chit chat with friends, they suggest wait for bonus, it just 1 or 2 months away.

But the opportunity is quite fortunate for me... and the new company is MNC, so I have no doubts on it. And going with MNC company kasi more power to my resume in the future. tongue.gif

I will certainly go for option 2 which is 40% increment is guarantee whereas bonus is uncertain or even get lower bonus as you can’t control and unpredictable.

Looking forward for career progression more than just a one time off “money”, but this is based on individual preference
