Can't seems to find my previous post, but here's my little update. Had just change job recently. Previously work in the marketing field as junior marketing exec and the basic was RM3,850. Took a little jump and career change into partnership role.

Location : Klang Valley
Average Working Hours Per Week (incl lunch hours): Basically 9-6pm x 5 days = 45 hrs

Monetary Payout
Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance : RM4,800 + RM580. Possible to get more after the probation period.
Contractual Bonus (months): -
Performance, Variable Bonus & Commissions (months) : 1-2 month if not mistaken. Don't know yet as this is a new position.

Benefits (where relevant) :
Health Benefits : Clinic (RM700 per year), Hospitalization (RM60,000 per year), Personal accident and term life covered (Not sure about the amount)
Transport Benefits : Provided inside fixed allowance. But no need to pay parking as can park the car at the roadside

Just joined this company on 1st August. The management created a new position for me because they want to take me in. It's only 2 days working in this company and I felt this company is fast-paced which is OK for me cause I get used to it. Previous company slowly changing become Chinaman and when competitor offer me a role.. So why not? When I tender my resignation that time, my previous company did counter-offer me. But I stick with my decision as I need to move out from my comfort zone and took a career change Felt like the new management has high expectation on me for deliver, but I am confident!! Hope I will perform well in this job!

But what makes me really took a jump and career change in this new company is that, they wanted to take me in and offering me a different role that suits me. Perhaps I am an extrovert and love talking to people, hence they offer me partnership role. Location wise is 20KM from my house, which is nearer. Previously was 40++KM one way which I spent daily 2 hours on road.

Try speak about your concern to your manager first? Can be indirectly like tell them you're struggling to pay for car loan etc. Sames goes to management. I think now is the good time to tell them as they're preparing for year 2020 budget.

I talked before to both my manager and management for 3-4 times. Only tell me "good job" everytime a project done. I been in the company for 2 years tho. Just last month I jump ship to my competitor and recently my old company just found out where I went to.. They're panicking 😂😂

TLDR; speak to manager first, if they can't do anything, jump ship then.

Average Working Hours Per Week (incl lunch hours): Same as previous, just that now more to WFH.

Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance : RM8080
Contractual Bonus (months): 13th months salary
Performance, Variable Bonus & Commissions (months) : n/a, new role

Transport Benefits : Same as previous
Mobile / Internet / Gadget Benefits : Same as previous. AM will be getting a different laptop, hence purchase a brand new laptop.

Just had this new role & joining this regional department this month. This department is handling the regional products & partnerships for this company. Need to manage the product roadmap & commercialization plan & traveling to regional offices (After COVID). Reporting to a higher boss now, and there are 2 people that reports under me Hope everything turns out well

Not sure if it is applicable to everyone. I have another offer from another company, and they're offering me the same thing with the other offer
