Working Hours Per Week: Weekdays Mon-Fri, 8-6, sometimes Sat(It's calculated as OT). If monthly OT exceeded 60 hours , pity boss gonna get marah at   

Monetary Payout(Directly converted to Malaysia Ringgit)
Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance (Even when still on probation period) : RM8700 basic + RM800~RM1000 stationery allowance + OT
Allowance for project outside Japan: +RM7000
(Hence if working on project in Malaysia, salary+allowance= RM8700 + increment + stationary allowance + RM7000 + OT= Roughly RM18000 per month on second years)
Bonus: twice a years
