Average Working Hours Per Week (incl lunch hours): 45

Monetary Payout
Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance : RM 9.7k
Contractual Bonus (months): 13th month salary

Benefits (where relevant) :
Health Benefits : Medical card and insurance. But doesn't cover spouse or family member.
Mobile / Internet / Gadget Benefits : Can claim every 3 years for smartphone
Work From Home : Possible with reason(health/family care etc)
Other Benefits : Free Malaysian breakfast rolleyes.gif

Not much benefit but great boss and professional colleague. No drama.
I'm quite content, as I'm on my way to my target of 10k before 30.

Overall, good work life balance. I'm newly married, so I really appreciate it.

No. Please don't. That has to be the worst decision ever in history of worst decision.
No company want to hire dropout without experience. You wouldn't even get to interview session. I'm lucky there this small 5 person company willing to give me chance to prove myself.

You heard of Mark & Bill, but you haven't heard from the fallen majority. There more successful uni graduate out there. Stay in school.

I don't recommend skipping degree though. I just got lucky.
