My job and salary is pretty similar to you, but in Embedded Automotive field. 4 years experience in current company plus 2 in another MNC. Job scope is smaller than you (Remove managing and server admin). No OT though and health benefit lower.

My seniors working close to 8 years+ have salary about 6-7k range, maybe higher. While my manager (+15 years exp) has about 12k plus I think. Not including their allowances.

I'm not sure how different the rates in Kuching is compared to those in Peninsular, but it does seem to me you are underpaid.
