You'll need certification + experience. Certs like CCNP or CCIE are valuable.

No man. I'm with the same company for the past few years but i do get good increment.
Network is always in demand IMHO. Large companies will always need people to manage their network
If you have skills like AWS, GCP and Azure then it's even better.

I would say with CCNA + 2-3 years experience you can demand 4-5K but that's only for MNC.
Depends which path you would like to go into - Analyst (NOC) or Engineering.
Based on my experience, NOC salary will go up faster but over the long run being a Network Engineer gives you better salary as NOC will hit the ceiling quite fast.
