Job Description: Basically a Level 4 Voice Engineer dealing with Contact Center IP PBX system, but also handles dealing with other aspects of a "cloud" platform i.e. work with Infra/Platform, Networks, Storage, DB, Telco provider, Software Vendor etc to resolve issues for customer

I feel underpaid & underappreciated for the amount of work I do for this company. Maybe its because I am too kind when it comes to helping others. I am honestly looking to move on but SIP/VOIP opportunities seem to be very scarce these days.
