Guys I need your advise ( HR career )
I was a bachelor of computer science
I just moved to KL recently
I work as a contract worker for MNC in KL with salary range 3500-4000 / monthly ( moderator & analyst job ) for 1 year contract
Night shift 11pm to 8 am 5 days work
Not long after getting this job I noticed that I like the job to communicate with other people ( currently with Arabs, Japanese, Koreans, Thai, Indo , etc )
I'm interested to start a career in HR probably HR generalist, recruiter, or any other
I didn't have a HR background but I do had a part time job as Assistant manager for 2 years in a small business ( laundry business and condo with 30 rooms ) with 9 employee there
I managed and supervise them and mostly do HR related job such as payrolls, marketing, solving problems for tenants and creates monthly report
Is this kind of job can be considered as HR generalist? what title should I put on my CV?
I'm thinking of getting HR job but I see that mostly entry level job in KL is RM 2500ish
so I was planning to get a job maybe in SG or JP
I'm not too confident because of my bachelor degree is different from the job that i want,
any suggestions?
should I take MBA first?
should I take underpaid jobs ? ( maybe at sg 2500 $, would be glad if I hit 3600$)
or should I attend HR certification program like the link below before applying?
mihrm.com/certificate-in-hr-management/
I heard that there are recruiter jobs in JP can grant 3.000.000 - 4.000.000 JPY but not sure if I need to master Japanese N3 ( it's difficult to pursue in a little time )
not sure which one is better
and thanks !
