Only 1 month bonus were given on Jan 2018, and a 2K angpow on Jan 2019.
No increment up til today, and I've reach the end of the career development.
No technical training given, all self learn, and sell on your own #allthebest

I guess is time to move on to another IT distribution company.

I guess, is time to move on. Been searching for new careers for the past week.

BTW, no other departments, just a small firm with 8 people.
