Feel like quite underpaid in my current company.

which salary would you take monthly, 22k MYR to 10k SGD  ? assuming benefits and career aspiration are the same.

Any tips on getting those kind of numbers? What exactly you do? Are you on the management side or senior/expert of a certain field in IT?

Ouh. Quite different laa from me.
I know laa need to jump but what to prepare before going into interview so that could demand more. 

All Taiko can give some advice on my job career. I'm 37 and staying in KL now. I received offer from Intel and signed the offer letter dy, going to report work soon. At the same time i received offer from Mimos malaysia. Their offer base salary is higher than Intel but Mimos is contract base given 1 year for new employee.
Now I'm in the dilemma choosing which one to go, but of course i need to report myself to Intel first while thinking.
Let me break down a bit on these two company.

Intel
Salary: RM11500
contractual bonus: 1.5 month
bonus: performance and quaterly
medical coverage: RM8k (include family)
EPF: 14%

Mimos:
salary: RM13k
bonus: 1 - 2 months (Not sure HR got tipu or not)
EPF: 12%
Contract basis: 1 year.

The dilemma because I got family and kids plus my property is in KL also. Any advise on this Mimos company?

Hi all,

No jokes and seriously I need your advice on this as I really have no 1 to turn to as of now.

Just gotten a job in a shared service under billing (earning $9.3k) as Team Lead at the age of 31.

All in all, i really feel that my earning is just average and I am losing passion in what I am doing. Monday to me is really dreadful and I know that such feeling is very unhealthy and toxic and I will not perform in what I am doing currently.

After changing job here n there and very much thinking into it, I seriously believe that I do like going out and meeting ppl and since I have been exposed to quite a number of field (ie tech, FMCG, automotive, and Engineering). Maybe due to the nature of my earlier job which enable me to go customer's site and a great work life balance.

Honestly, I am seriously considering to be a recruiter. I do feel happy if I am able to get jobs for ppl and in the meantime earning a decent salary with commission based. My only concern is that I might be too old being a recruiter from fresh and might lose all the experiences I have in shared service.

Could you all please share with me if being a recruiter is sth that can match my current salary and all other valuable inputs will be greatly appreciated.
