Position wise, salary lower than average. Age wise, low.

When I was Sales Manager age 32, my salary was already 11k. Now at 38 years old as Sales Director, RM25k.

Guys, for monthly salary, do you take 13th month salary into account? For me, the 13th month salary is prorated every month. So if for example my pay rm2400, I get gross rm2600 monthly.

In such situation, what is my “monthly” salary folllowing normal convention?

No you usually don't factor in your bonus unless you're borrowing loan where the bank may consider it as extra income

Thank you sir for the feedback.

I purely got monetary raise only. I actually dont mind lowered annual leaves and phone allowance (-100)

To be exact: now is rm6070, future will be Rm7000, still worth it? sad.gif

No, don’t forget by leaving you’ll also lose your seniority. If new company don’t pass your probation how? Leave only when it’s at least 30% more then it’s worthwhile
