Job Title : Civil Engineer
Job Desciption : design & produce structural drawings, liaise with other archi/M&E consultants, responsible for doc submissions to authority
Age : 22
Years spent in company : 4 months internship + 3 months probation
Company : C&S consultant

Hi sifus, any tips for me to grow as a structural eng? Not planning to stay for too long because of the lack of work/life balance (office culture). I do a few hours of OT everyday but the learning curve is steep because I'm handling a project on my own though I get a lot of help from seniors.

Would it be wiser to jump to MNC in the future or stick to smaller based firms?

Rarely got work life balance for small construction firm, as i am in construction firm as well hahaha
