Job Title : Senior Assistant Manager
Job Description : Forest Plantation
Age : 33
Years spent in company : 3 month
Company : Local Company
Industry : Forestry / Plantation
Employment Level : AM
Experience before joining : 10 years
Highest paper qualification/ education background : Bach Degree
Salary : RM 5.1k, Company car & House
Bonus : Dunno since i just join
Average working hours : 7am to 4pm.
This industry salary is not as good as other but stress level is quite low. Thinking to go back to my previous company due to some personal issues but felt shy since I reject their 3 times counter offer before I join this company. The previous company is wood product manufacturing industry. Any advice on returning back there?

Since it is just a small town, there is not many option of company to work with. Hence, one of my option is to return back to my former company. I don't find that this will affect any future offer from other company since the reason is acceptable and reasonable from my point of view as long as I can explain why I work for only 3 month here to any potential future employer. |
