wow, you have 5% and 3& commision. sounds like pre sales/solution architect and post sales kinda position. May i know what kinda of solution (virtualization, cloud, network) you focus on or is it those pau ka liao (do everything)?

it is pretty much what fresh grads will get if you chose to work at those BPOs.

I got pretty much the same amount 5 years back.

If you are well verse in say Japanese you can get even more if i'm not mistaken.
