Non-managerial role typically gets 20-25% base salary jump. But if your destination company has less bonus/allowance/benefit, you can provide proof and negotiate for higher basic to compensate.

Managerial role typically gets 15-20%.

What's the definition of your 'gross salary'?

Gross salary usually means your salary before EPF, PCB, SOCSO & EIS deduction.

Should be around the range of 4-5k. I have seen some of my colleagues who are getting up to 6k too.

I've getting myself 20 - 30% each time I jumped.

30% is a good start. Sometimes I put higher to leave room for negotiation.
