I currently have a job offer but having some dilemma. Current company is paying around 7k+ and new company is offering 9.5k. In my current company I'm doing configuration stuff and little coding but new company is purely java dev. TBH, I'm just an average programmer. Should I accept the offer?

If you just think of a 5% annual increment, you will wait forever before you reach a RM10k salary. Do company would want to employ those people without any experience in management?
