Nope it's not what you guess. It's the other 'giant'.

For benefit honestly I must say really sikit because this co. hired 3rd party payroll (outsource) for contract people, so the salary is high but benefits are as follows:
- gym/telco/ang allowance: no
- Al + MC: 14 days per year and it will reset again next year.
- Probation: 3 months and can't AL/MC unless unpaid.
- Medical outpatient is unlimited cover whole family and hospitalization 30k

Remember contract and permanent really big different in terms of benefits.

They are working WFO now, no more WFH. That's suck because my current co is forever WFH.

Honestly tho, I accepted this offer not because I like it, I just want to increase my base salary (family commitment also) and will find a place to settle down like fully wfh cause I love wfh.
So in my heart, my current co is the best co every I've work throughout 5 years my career journey. That's all i can say. very effective in distributing task, minimal politics, no bullshit meeting, proper documentation (business & technical; they have their own wikipedia for everything).
