Yea you're right but really cannot because confirmed won't get promote anymore. Are you doing admin or studied business admin as well? Really no idea what job to go for.

QUOTE(PrincZe @ Apr 12 2018, 09:34 AM) What's your interest like after doing admin job? And why resign before get new offer I actually quite interested in doing sales after I did admin job, at least I get the chance to go outside instead of staying in the office although I finished my tasks. any idea what kind of job business admin people can go for? The reason I resign at the first because they hired an inexperience and don't know anything of supervisor to handle we the juniors instead of promotes one of us and increase our wages.

QUOTE(bunny65 @ Apr 12 2018, 11:43 AM) From a hiring point of view, I would be wary of hiring you specifically because you seem to have spent little time in a single role before quitting. Experience is crucial for fresh grads as well as employees with less than 2 years of work experience. So when you mentioned quitting in less than a year merely because you didn't see any room for improvement/learning, it indicates lack of patience and loyalty hence you're probably only going to last 8-9 months with me. Not saying job-hopping is bad, because it's the most efficient way to increase your income. However, the risk you are taking here is that recruiters/HR departments are looking at the dates in your resumes and thinking of the worst case scenario. To be successful in job-hopping, you need to have professional connections and network with recruiters and other HR personnel. Unless you can figure out a way to express the reasons you quit in a clear and concise way that will not jeopardize your chances in a new position, then you shouldn't have quit before securing another offer. Please enlighten us as to what industry/field you are aspiring to be in. What is your long term career goal? Any interests at all? Thank you for the awesome reply from you sir. The reason why I quit is because i feeling like no more motivation / passion for me to work in the same tasks over again and again. I really really want to get a job that I passionate with. Therefore, I quit and focus look for another job. I'm interested to do sales or online marketing after I did admin job, because I touch a bit with this industry during my admin job. Any job suggestion from you sir? I really would like to know what kind of job I can go for according to my working experience.
