Should I put my expectation salary 20% more from current salary or stay with my current salary for my jobs hunting? If I change my job now, it is will give a bad impression to the interviewer? Anyone know what other companies other than Intel which pay higher salary for Master as compared to normal degree?

Last I heard Intel paid fresh grad Master RM4.5k, when I enter that time it's 4k only.
