- company new plan to have review twice in a year so most probably in another 6 months might have increment and up title if is performance is good and also from this year will have contractual bonus.

my current mood in company so far okay , but i've been stick to same project for same time i've joined the company. but in coming months (3-4 months) i might get involve in new project. but i'm planning to hit 5 k by this year so should i stay another 6 months n wait for the review ? or after 3 months look for another company ?

pros - work from home, flexi hours as long u deliver your task
cons - don't think there is any cons but is small company < 15
