Hi guys,

Quick question for all the sifus here.

If job change with 15% increments (total package) only, is it worth to jump or not? Doing sales job with no commissions.

[Updated] E.g before is MYR 6070 Future is MYR 7000. Future Employees benefits is slightly lower than before.

Minta tolong for feedbacks....

I purely got monetary raise only. I actually dont mind lowered annual leaves and phone allowance (-100)

To be exact: now is rm6070, future will be Rm7000, still worth it? sad.gif
