I'm not sure if I am underpaid just because some of my friends earn higher than me with similar position in different company. Also I'm kind of in career crisis on how to proceed further in career advancement.. I've been holding different responsibilities but my title and role remains the same. I like the culture and what I'm doing here but there's no sense of achievement for my career progression =/. Maybe I could use some perspective?
