Job Title : Audit Assistant Manager
Age : 28 Years spent in company : 5 years Tenure : Permanent Employment Level : Mid level management Highest paper qualification/ education background : Professional paper (CPA) Location : KL Basic Salary: RM5200/month Benefits: 18 days annual leave. Medical include spouse and children. Dental. Parking and phone allowance Am i underpaid? Normal working hour is 8.30 - 5.30 but i usually work from 9.30 to 11/12am |

Hi,
Currently working as Audit Assistant Manager in international mid tier firm with RM6k+ (basic salary+allowance) monthly salary. Got an offer from a consumer financing company which they are able to offer RM8.5k(everything inside) as Finance Manager. I would say there will be a good learning curve for me as the business unit is consider a start up department. Not sure whether its the right choice. But my favour industry is more towards to property & constructions. Any sifu got some opinions? |
