For senior executive seems fine before moving into middle management level

I like working for this company and there is a possibility of working overseas with the company but I don't like to work in Terengganu for many personal reasons. So, i wish to find a job in the west Coast but I want to know if it is possible to get a salary that increase my current pay for my position and experience.

Underpaid ?

Amazing. You guys are earning a lot at such young age. By the way, do you guys always job hopping to seek for better increment?   

Last year I only got 2% increment lol imagine that.

Lazy is one thing, but going back sharp at 530pm is not an indication of under-performing (old school mindset). I go back everyday 530pm - 600pm but still can deliver and perform well, and I got my performance grade above average 2 years in a row now.

Did your former company was in difficult times for not able to provide huge increment? After you hoped, did you face any new or tough challenges as you already left your comfort zone? 

Considering KL folks spend average 3 hours on road per day, i am still considered ok lah.

So far so good in new place. Still got lots to learn. Been here for 5 months liao.
Nice colleague, nice boss and nice environment too. No more shouting screaming like last time lol.

Going back on time simply means lazy? LOL

Because of the degrading traditional mindset of yours, people still think having unnecessary OT is considered as hardworking.

Are you'all high salary earners the students who get many A's during exam last time?

So many 1 star P first post is in salary sharing tered. I found it hard to believe all fetching high pay with little working experience. Especially tengku with 20k in malaysia started work at age 21. Maybe u all fantasizing with unrealistic number. If yes pls get help from mental. If real I congrats u and I will face a wall to reflect what have i done wrong in my life.

what is the market rate for assistant manager / manager salary now?

I am not sure what is the market rate of assistant brand managers out there - but I am thinking to take the offer for a change, to expand my portfolio + the increment in base salary. Is RM 6.6k/ month the market rate for an assistant manager in the FMCG industry with 3.5 yrs of working experience? As I am been hearing different things from different headhunters (My peers encouraged me to negotiate for more, but I am quite satisfied with the new offer with an approximate 37% increment in my yearly compensation package)
