I rejected their offer 3 times when the COO personally invite me to his room and request me to stay. I hope he did not get pissed of with me after that incident which make me a bit worry to return there. How bad is it returning to your former company? Anyone have experience here? Hope you guys can give me a professional advice.

1. They are unable to find suitable candidate after months of trying.
2. The JD should be the same i guess.
3. This is the dilemma, they are asking my expected increment. Since i just left, how much is too much? Does 30-40 seems reasonable?

dude, always think back the reason why you're leaving!

That's a signing bonus, usually given for agreeing to join a firm.

It's also an indicator of how bad the company wants/values you

I'm fine if company want to hire specific gender /other preference they might have (such as marital status, age group etc.) for some position ...

BUT please don't even call for interview if they don't even fit your "preference" ...
*
that's the issue now from the recruiter, they are desperate for the comms and simply send you for interview.
Same stupid mentality happen to the company HR too

Mind to ask how much is the sign on bonus?
