Monetary Payout
Basic Salary: RM4k
Contractual Bonus (months): 2 Months
Performance Bonus (months): min. 1 month (has been securing 2.5 months in every year).

Dear All, am currently seeking out because I have been struggling with current payout where both my parents have retired, and I'm financially committed to the family expenses (including parent's housing loan).

I'm key performer and KPI scoring is always above-average marks throughout the years. However with recent department restructuring, it's apparent that my role is no longer prominent and it's even harder for me to hope for promotion/ increment.

I've recently turned down an offer from HLBB which offering managerial role, as the salary they offered is below expectation (RM 4.9k without contractual bonus).

So my question is.. Am I underpaid with current salary?

Apart from that, what would be the most ideal ratio of increment should I ask for when I turn-in my resume? Without contractual bonus, I would say 20-25% increment if position remain the same, at least 35% increment if position offered is managerial level.
Note: As I've been receiving 14th months salary, increment shall be based on (RM 4,000*14)/12 = RM 4,667/ month
