A big plus on the basic salary but I was told there are no bonuses (sad), at least for now. Environment wise need quite a big adjustment, working with Eastern Europeans is a big challenge especially in communication (miscommunications/lack of it are very common here). I dont see much progression here, seems like they tapau the lead/management roles for their own folks.. thinking of cabut-ing somewhere else already
