Can I ask for opinions here?

I am a graduate in Finance and Accounting, left one of the Big accounting firms after 5 months. I receive an offer after attending an interview as below:

Industry : Air Conditioner Manufacturing Company
Position : Young Accountants Programme
Location : Sungai Buloh
Basic : RM2500
Allowance : RM500
Sponsorship of studies : ICAEW (the company is willing to register itself as my training employer)
Bond : 3 years
Higheat education : Degree from a Foreign university in Malaysia
Age :25

Personally, I am not content with the basic, as it is a little low in Selangor. Furthermore, I am from Melaka. Accepting the offer means I have to rent a room in Sungai Buloh or other areas and I definitely have to drive as it is too far away from MRT Sungai Buloh.

I don't know whether should I accept the offer. I don't know what would be the future of taking this role. Could anyone especially someone in my field advise me on this?

Normally people wouldn't leave big 4 until like 2 years in, then they jump to other firms for work life balance. Unless your big accounting firm doesn't mean big 4, I would ask why not try getting into big4 if you want a fruitful place to kick-start your accounting life? Considering that now is peak hire season and I'm assuming you've got less than 2 years experience, why not actively look for other opportunities? There's a career fair coming soon this weekend in Kl

It's a big 4 in regional office. I left because I don't like the nature of the job and the culture of the company in Melaka. Always thinking that I have other possibilities in the accounting field other than Big4.That's the reason I applied for this position as I wanted to specialise in the commercial lines earlier in my career while still getting my chartered qualification.

Nature of the job as in you don't like accounting? I don't quite get it. or is it like you prefer working with mnc than in big4 where they look at other peoples book instead of their own? (idk how it works tbh)

There are always finance roles in like idk Astro? They have a finance stream for fresh grad. BAT as well for finance and they pay relatively well (but I think they've stopped recruiting).

As of right now, is that your only option? How long were you given to consider? Why did you apply if you're not happy with the pay? Another thing is grades do matter especially in this field for fresh grad, how well did you do? If you're not an outspoken candidate these offer may seem scarce.

Bonded for 3 years, 2.5k pay, doesn't seem good at all to me. Get yourself more option, then you can pick and choose.

Nature of the job as in the extreme working hour and extensive travelling which are too much for me to handle being an individual with a mental health history. So, I am trying to look for a role that would be less dynamic and taxing. But It does not mean that I cannot work under pressure at all. Personally, I prefer to draft and prepare the financial statements of a company rather than auditing other companies.

This is not my only option. I have applied to bank for internal audit and compliance positions which will take 1 month to process my application due to background checking procedures required by BNM, after attending the interview. However, this offer came before I receive the other offer. I need to get back to them by next Monday.

I did very great in my grades. I haven't come across any employers that will offer me a higher salary based on my achievement in my studies. Maybe I didn't apply for the right one. And again a great student does not mean he is a great employee right?
