might be your area or the infra at your area is having some issue. Previously i was the broadband user with 1MB, complaints like nobody business. After upgraded to fibre, less problem. Still depends on the luck also sometime...

me too...last time every day i made a call, music about 30 mins...like airasia call center....never ending waiting..
