Okay so I want a watch to track my heart rate. Budget maximum is RM300

Since amazfit bip is 'newly' global launch

Should I get it?

I want to pair with iOS or use it totally without pairing.
Also must be able to swim with the watch.

And why I check on Lajadah so many versions of bip, there is bip lite, youth lite, etc.

Yes you are right HR = direct heart rate.

Sorry, I actually wanna measure my pulse rate. Just like how Hospitals use SpO2 probe on index finger to measure pulse rate. Which is not a gimmick

you want to use during swimming.
wrist hr rate at best can detect resting hr.
and you're not wearing it on your finger. laugh.gif

I don't wanna see my pulse rate during swimming. I need a watch to know the time when I swim. The swimming pool I use do not have clock nearby.

there is technology to measure pulse rate at finger. What makes you think technology cannot measure pulse rate at wrist.
