So my odo has clocked almost 12,000km and the rear tire is politely barking for a change, just 1mm or so for the thickness to reach the change indicator. I have Battlax T30 EVO in mind ftm but lets hear whatelse can you guys suggest. I heard that certain Zeneos is not a good option. The current OEM Dunlop I say is quite sufficient really but by the thread wear, the middle section of the tire has worn out more while to the sides they're still more life. So Im looking for compound tire with harder mid section.

Im just a casual rider, not aiming for super duper sport tyres as it is useless for touring cruiser style and yea budget is just around RM600-700 only. Thanks for the tips.

It will upset the characteristic. Furthermore with 160 the grip is just enough, it's just the suspension need some work but that too I can ignore.

To add on, might has changes in the speedometer calibration (depends on how Vulcan S measured the speed),
