Ive recently change router to TG389ac because the old router was malfunctioned. Im using the legacy plan 10mbps (RM118/month with Free IDD Call). We are still using the old given phone though.

We didnt try to call to Singapore during the testing, but soon i realised, i can received call from singapore, but unable to call to singapore.

lodge a report to Ika C19916403 however nobody called yet.

see the log ive extracted from the router.
all outgoing 00 was unsuccessful and directed to a person saying number is not correct, please dial again later.

ive also found the number received from singapore was +65 rather than 0065. so i thought, this might be the issue --> the new router




please help me.

I think you need a firmware update before you can call overseas.

I couldn't called Singapore numbers and took a few calls to Maxis support before someone in Maxis realise that my router needs a firmware update.

After updating the firmware I can call Singapore now. Maybe you should tell Maxis support to update your router firmware.

yup. maxis technician updated the firmware remotely.

but this router is unstable. frequent disconnected, poor wifi coverage even though its dual band
