Not many. My colleague who was offered elsewhere but the company can't wait for three months. Which makes me think if I should just tender and thereafter look for a job or to venture my own business, I already have something in mind but it needs aomething to take off before I can commit fully to the said idea.
My boss knows I may tender any time but still we're on good terms. Perhaps it may be different when I truly have tendered.
Many of which are not willing to pay unless you're exceptionally good and they really want you in their payroll.
If you already have greener pastures then move on. Why let the bonus hold you back? Its pretty simple, once you are out then you are out. You should be glad if your bosses dont burn bridges with you.My boss knows I may tender any time but still we're on good terms. Perhaps it may be different when I truly have tendered.
