If you already have greener pastures then move on. Why let the bonus hold you back? Its pretty simple, once you are out then you are out. You should be glad if your bosses dont burn bridges with you.

That will be worst. Banks are already trying to layoff staff, especially the well paid ones. This will be like playing into their tunes.
