Not many. My colleague who was offered elsewhere but the company can't  wait for three months. Which makes me think if I should just tender and thereafter look for a job or to venture my own business, I already have something in mind but it needs aomething to take off before I can commit fully to the said idea.
My boss knows I may tender any time but still we're on good terms. Perhaps it may be different when I truly have tendered.
Many of which are not willing to pay unless you're exceptionally good and they really want you in their payroll.
