No. Its based on transaction date. If you top up on Sunday you definitely won't get it.

The issue they are referring to is server timezone issues (e.g. if server is in Europe or US), whereby the "transaction date" is based on location of server.

This means you if you perform a transaction on 12.01am Monday, it may be recorded as being performed on Sunday (based on the server location). So for promotion purposes, people prefer to perform online transactions later on in the day on Monday (e.g. 9am onwards generally or 4pm onwards to be "safe").

Hi, has anyone used UOB Payonline recently and encountered a "double posting" issue? I paid a unifi bill with one OTP, but can see the transaction posted twice in my online banking.

Yes, exactly same problem since April. I had to call to request, and they manually sent to me.

Mine was very strange. As a bit of background, I have lots of PBB cards + 9 supp VS cards (all sent to my e-mail address).

- April: Received ONE supp card statement. Nothing else, not even principal. Called and got all the statements sent via e-mail.

- May: Received principal statement and a few supp statements. Called....

- Jun: Received MOST of my statements, except 2 supp statements. Called ....

In summary, I have not received a complete set of statements over these 3 months. My next statement date is 2 Jul - will report then.

Just to add, the rebate will be based on all transactions posted in the statement.

Rebate is given at the end of the statement cycle and reduces total amount payable for that statement.

Tried to register for CB promo via SMS but no acknowledgement sms received. Anyone in similar position?
