1 of my Lazada transaction last month was refunded and debited this month. Will the refunded amount affecting coming CB since I already received the CB last statement?

But for my case, shopee refunded no deduct CB but deducted VIP points instead. I observed from my statement.

Recently Fave apps purchase did not trigger OTP. No cash back when received statement. Appealed and CS called back within three days. Told me that cannot get cash back. Need to manually key in credit card details, and cannot pre register in apps. I asked CS, if Fave not online, then what is it as I did not key in my pin or physically tap my card?

I requested for second review. CS reminded me to manually key in credit card details in the future. Told him no issue as I will not be using PBB cards for Fave. Got my cash back a few days after that. Considering to use YOLO.

OK.. So for my 2nd use of FavePay, I didn't get CB anymore. As per putra23's case, I've saved the credit card details in the FavePay app, thus no OTP requested..

When I first reported FavePay CB earlier, it was my first time registering the PBB card into FavePay, and paying.. I also called up CS to confirm the MCC/PosMode, in which I was informed I will get CB.. I also confirmed the CB in my statement..

So, it seems like to get CB for FavePay, we must not save the credit card number in the app, and have to enter credit card info every time.. Darrenz, could you update the first page for this condition?

- Is consider online transaction, right?
- Every time need to key in CC detail... , cannot save no matter which CC we use?

Does the FavePay issue applies to Grab as well since we are saving our card details?

hmmm... this doesnt sounds good. I've been using my new card for more than a month, still there is NO statement shown in PBE.

is there any fix statement date for PB's card?

hmm.. PB staff taken part of my letter claims that they needed it. The part I had with me doesn't have statement date there.

I'm more concerned on the cash back quota as I have exhausted the RM 38 before statement date.

Public bank balance transfer only able to apply through email/bank branch by filling up BT form? is there any method like apply through online pbe account? i'm not pbe user so im not sure.. but in my past experience with hong leong and maybank, just straight apply through online portal only..

Just to clarify, as mentioned by the CS, the cashback for PBB VS is based on statement date transaction posting, and not calendar month posting?
